Privacy Policy
com.tamilutilityhub · Effective 28 September 2026This policy applies to the Tamil Utility Hub Android app ("the app", "we", "us"). The app provides a Tamil calendar, muhurtham dates, government holidays and everyday calculators. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. The app has no accounts and no login.
1. Information that stays on your device
The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else:
- Settings: language, appearance, text size, week start, local kuzhi size.
- Favourite and recently used tools, saved vehicles (name and mileage), scheduled reminders.
- Everything you type into the calculators, such as dates of birth, loan amounts and interest rates, gold rates, fuel prices and electricity meter readings. Some last-used rates are remembered on the device for your convenience.
2. Permissions

| Internet / network state | To show ads and to download updated reference data (such as holiday lists or tariffs). |
The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the SDK automatically collects and shares with Google:

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & consent options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). 4. Reference data updates
The app may download updated data files (for example holiday lists, muhurtham dates, GST rates or electricity tariffs) from our server. These requests contain no personal information.
5. Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the advertising data collected by Google as described above, no information is shared with third parties.
6. Deleting your data
- On-device data: clear the app's data (Android Settings → Apps → Tamil Utility Hub → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall the app.
- Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Google's handling of ad data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- We hold no account or personal data on our servers, so there is nothing else for us to delete.
7. Children
The app is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
All data sent over the network (ads and data updates) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

இந்தக் கொள்கை தமிழ் பயன்பாட்டு மையம் (Tamil Utility Hub) Android செயலிக்குப் பொருந்தும். இதில் கணக்கோ உள்நுழைவோ இல்லை.
1. உங்கள் கைபேசியிலேயே இருக்கும் தகவல்
மொழி, தோற்றம், எழுத்து அளவு போன்ற அமைப்புகள், பிடித்தவை, சேமித்த வாகனங்கள், நினைவூட்டல்கள், மற்றும் கணிப்பான்களில் நீங்கள் உள்ளிடும் அனைத்தும் (பிறந்த தேதி, கடன் தொகை, வட்டி, தங்க விலை, எரிபொருள் விலை, மீட்டர் அளவீடு) உங்கள் கைபேசியில் மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும்; எங்களுக்கோ வேறு யாருக்குமோ அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை.
2. அனுமதிகள்
- அறிவிப்புகள், அலாரம்: நீங்கள் அமைக்கும் விடுமுறை / முகூர்த்த நினைவூட்டல்களுக்கு மட்டும்.
- நாட்காட்டி: நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் நிகழ்வைச் சேர்க்க மட்டும்; ஏற்கனவே உள்ள நிகழ்வுகளைப் படிப்பதில்லை.
- இணையம்: விளம்பரங்களுக்கும் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட தரவுக்கும்.
தொடர்புகள், புகைப்படங்கள், கோப்புகள், மைக், கேமரா, துல்லியமான இருப்பிடம் ஆகியவற்றை இந்தச் செயலி கேட்பதில்லை.
3. விளம்பரங்கள் (Google AdMob)
விளம்பரங்களைக் காட்டவும், அளவிடவும், மோசடியைத் தடுக்கவும் Google விளம்பர SDK பின்வருவனவற்றைச் சேகரித்து Google உடன் பகிர்கிறது: IP முகவரி (தோராயமான இருப்பிடம்), செயலிப் பயன்பாடு (திறத்தல், தொடுதல், விளம்பரப் பார்வை), செயல்திறன் தகவல், விளம்பர அடையாளம் (Advertising ID) மற்றும் App set ID. சட்டப்படி தேவைப்படும் நாடுகளில் உங்கள் ஒப்புதல் கேட்கப்படும்; அமைப்புகள் → தனியுரிமை / ஒப்புதல் அமைப்புகள் இல் மாற்றலாம். Android அமைப்புகளில் விளம்பர அடையாளத்தை மாற்றலாம் அல்லது நீக்கலாம்.
4. பகிர்வு
உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட தகவல்களை நாங்கள் விற்பதில்லை. மேலே குறிப்பிட்ட Google விளம்பரத் தரவைத் தவிர யாருடனும் பகிர்வதில்லை.
5. தரவை நீக்குதல்
கைபேசி அமைப்புகள் → Apps → Tamil Utility Hub → Storage → Clear data அல்லது செயலியை நீக்குவதன் மூலம் அனைத்துத் தரவும் நீங்கும். எங்கள் சேவையகங்களில் உங்கள் கணக்கோ தனிப்பட்ட தரவோ இல்லை.
6. குழந்தைகள்
இந்தச் செயலி பொதுவான பெரியவர்களுக்கானது; 13 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட குழந்தைகளுக்காக வடிவமைக்கப்படவில்லை.
7. பாதுகாப்பு
இணையம் வழியாக அனுப்பப்படும் அனைத்துத் தரவும் HTTPS/TLS மூலம் மறைகுறியாக்கப்படுகிறது.
